Each lot of rice produced is subjected to stringent laboratory tests, induding a cooking test. The price of rice is fixed on the basis of these tests. The rice is subjected to silky polishing, which in no way reduces its nutrient value. We also have the backup of a panel of R & D specialists who advice us on the basis of latest developments in the industry, and also supply scientifically designed equipments. We have the state-of-the-art Sortex machine that ensures the elimination of black rice.
